Hi, I’m Ashley—though most people know me as Crash or Leep.

 

I’m a newly licensed stylist, but I’ve been behind the chair for a little bit , perfecting my craft and bringing big transformations to life. I specialize in bold vivid colors, lived-in looks, pops of red, and edgy cuts like mullets, shags, and emo-inspired hairstyles. If you’re looking for layers—that’s my thing.

 

My goal is simple: for every client in my chair to feel safe, seen, and completely themselves. I want you to leave not only loving your hair, but also feeling like you’ve made a friend. I also provide silent appointments for those days when life feels heavy and you just need a relaxing, peaceful experience. I’m all about gender-affirming styles and offer genderless pricing to keep the focus on you and your unique look.

 

Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me hanging with my kids—whether it’s scooters in the street or Roblox marathons. I share my home with two cats and a dog who have my whole heart (and yes, I’ll always want to see pictures of your pets too).

 

When it’s time for me to recharge, I’m often playing video games, cooking, reading a good spicy book, or watching TV—honestly, just about anything from trash TV to a great series. I’m originally from Oregon, so even though my body is in Virginia Beach, my heart will always belong to the Pacific Northwest. I love meeting fellow northwest folks who find their way here too.
